My regimen is/was far more extreme, but at least the powdershakes are carefully designed and contain exactly the right balance of vitamins etc. We have medical supervision, however minimal. But yeah, I did have my qualms, but I did it anyway and I'm... narrower.

I'd already come across a couple of places with this system. :D MediaMonkey's forums, for example - albeit obviously with monkeys instead of moggies. (They use phpBB, though I dunno if this is an official mod or not.)

Three Rights of Robotics? This kicked off a brief discussion of the I, Robot film in the office yesterday. I kind of get left out of these discussions - despite having a lot to say, I'm not good at inserting myself into the rhythm of a conversation.

Cuties.
