I'm all tired, joint-clunky and monitor-eyed¹ today. As I went to bed early and got up late, there is no alternative but to attribute this to the fact that there was a cat on my bed for half the night. Normally my bedroom door is kept closed with him outside. CDE.

Whut? Yes, raised testosterone, leads to inevitable comparisons with steroids. But my understanding's that it's not enough to do any good… while, on the downside², PCOS is also associated with weight problems. And hirsutism. Which, uh, could affect wind resistance?
