Lighthouse, lobster, sail parade

Lighthouse 'bagging' (visiting) proves popular. This is useful for a little project I've got in the works.

An undisclosed number of German Shepherds [is] being trained to jump out of airplanes at 25,000 feet. How.... useful.

Stabbed policeman and dog return

The knifeman is charged with two counts of wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm (emphasis mine). Suck on that, evildoer! No stabbing doggies!

Big lobster proves popular catch (article/vid)

I don't remember if I linked this back in June... adorable. (vid)

Lab animal numbers continue upward trend. >:(

Tall ships arrive for sail parade (vid)

I've been covering this for a couple of days last week and yesterday on the Liverpool '08 site. Lots and lots of tall ship films.

Time-lapse film of Earth's moon (vid) which is awesome because it's from 31 MILLION miles away, dude.

Does anyone here like PARROTS? (vid)

I've just been presented with a card and a doughnut party by my coworkers. D'aww, you guys, you'll make me blush.
