I'm mean and turf and mean and turf and... yo!

(Recoded, following on from this. I enjoy this too much, even though this was a comparatively slapdash job - just half an hour or so to get all the horrible tables out and everything else back in.)

Skype is... scary. But awesome.

That is, if (unlike me) you can avoid scaring your nearest and dearest by affecting psychosis and Jigglypuffery.

Most of the time when I talk to anyone on the phone, my voice climbs and climbs in frequency and I babble horribly just trying to get OUT of the conversation. Or I snap and fall into embarrassing silence that stretches like Reed Richards on a hosereel Hubba-Bubba filled with helium. So it's nice to have comfortable silences instead. That's all.

Oh, and I'm a dork. With a stupid voice. *grins* I'll probably put some of it up sometime for your amusement.
